Tourist Tax & House Rules
In Tuscany, a general tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno) of 1,5 € per night and person applies. Children up to the age of 10 are exempt. Pets are not allowed. Fireplace use is prohibited year-round due to fire risk/dry conditions. The house is under video surveillance.
Cancellation
Up to 1months before arrival - free cancellation possible. Up to 1 month before arrival - 100% cancellation fee. Up to 1 week before arrival - 70% cancellation fee. In the week of arrival - 100%cancellation fee. The cancellation fees are calculated from the total price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
